His previous experience is creating the Learning Management System and content for the hospitality industry. In addition, he also provides e-learning consulting to various clients across the globe.

WIEN is a Certified Master Trainer and Assessor of TAFE Queensland Australia, a certification that assures the quality and excellence of training and assessment.
Training & Assessment includes personal development programs development (PDP), vocational education and training (VET) programs development and training delivery for businesses and individuals. He also develops and delivers training programs for clients in many fields, including hotel, hospital, school and personal development.
He has experience in hospitality for more than 20 years from the lowest position to the general manager position. He is passionate about teaching people how to develop their skills and experiences to achieve their personal goals.
Ripno
RIPNO is a facilities service expertise provider that can help manage and optimize your facility in ways that make sense for you and your business. He had his own facilities service for 10 years as President Director and now he's helping others to do the same. And he collaborated with Atalian Central Java for 7 years as President Director. Before entering the world of facilities service, he was a hotelier at an international hotel chain for 15 years. He has business experience as well such as management, business development and marketing. He is an expert in helping facility companies grow and thrive by getting the most out of your facilities without all the hassles associated with managing them yourself. He earned his business magister degree from UII Yogyakarta.
